AKIS Games (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the mobile games listed on our website and in the App Store (each a “Game” and collectively the “Games”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By downloading or using our Games you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We are committed to collecting as little data as possible. The Games may collect the following categories of information:

• Device identifiers: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) and Vendor ID, used for advertising and basic analytics. You can reset or disable IDFA at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
• Usage data: Anonymous gameplay metrics such as level reached, session length, and crash reports — used strictly to improve the Games.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, language, and region. Used for bug triage and compatibility.
• Ad interactions: Served by Google AdMob, which may collect identifiers to serve relevant ads. See Google’s policy.

2. Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not collect precise GPS location.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not build cross-app profiles of you.

3. Third-party services

The Games may use the following third parties:

• Apple App Store — distribution and crash analytics · privacy policy

4. Children’s privacy

Our Games are suitable for general audiences and some carry a 9+ age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your choices & rights

• Opt out of tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.
• Reset advertising ID: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Data access / deletion: Email us at contact@akisgames.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. International users

The Games are operated from Türkiye. If you reside in the EU, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the Games or on this page.
