These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile games and related services (the “Games”) provided by AKIS Games (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the Games you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Games.

2. User conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or modify client code.
• Do not resell in-app purchases or account access.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or applicable laws.

3. In-app purchases

Some Games may offer in-app purchases. All transactions are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not directly issue refunds; please contact Apple Support.

4. Advertising

The Games display ads served by Google AdMob. Ad frequency is designed to be non-intrusive. You may mute audio at any time.

5. Disclaimer

The Games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of the Games.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
